Couples therapist Tereza has been relatively happily married for many years. But she is forced to reassess her relationship when the death of an aunt who lives in the United States confronts her with an unexpected dilemma: she stands to inherit five million dollars, but only if she gets divorced.

What will she choose? And what about Tereza’s friend Viktor, who leads a double life, cheating on his wife Kateřina with his lover Nataša? Will Viktor help Tereza find stability or simply add to the chaos?
