The Wedding on a Battlefield

Strong characters, a kind look at their dreams, worries and transgressions that none of us can avoid, original plots and punchlines. This is the sympathetic background of Eva Papoušková's comedy, which takes us to the picturesque Moravian village called Zvěstov, where men like to "play" the famous Napoleonic battle. And they do it with such enthusiasm that they almost cause a tragedy and turn the romantic wedding of Tomáš with the charming French girl Claire into a bloodbath.
