A unique documentary charting the creation of an invention that is designed to provide drinking water in the driest places on the Earth at almost zero cost and to create oases in deserts. As the EXPO exhibition is held on the Arabian Peninsula, Jiří Potužník was thikning of how to make the desert more fertile and came up with an idea for a solution. He initiated a project to create a unit called S.A.W.E.R. Seven people are involved in assembling it and testing it in laboratories and then in desert conditions, and with each of them the director brings a small personal story - we find out how they live, how they work and how they think about the world.
The story of the creation of S.A.W.E.R. is set in the larger context of the problem of water scarcity in many areas of the world.
